Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of 3000 Engineers (and growing) across 30 countries. The primary businesses that we support within Corporate Bank are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through CIO aligned teams and also by 'horizontals' such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.Corporate Banking is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing, an increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems and access to supporting data.

Your Role - What You'll Do
Role Description:
• Engineer who would be working with existing team, responsibilities would be to understand requirements, analyze and refine stories, design solutions, implement them, test them and support them in production
• Use BDD techniques, collaborating closely with users, analysts, developers and other testers. Make sure we are building the right thing.
• Write code and write it well. Be proud to call yourself a programmer. Use test driven development, write clean code and refactor constantly. Make sure we are building the thing right.
• Be ready to work on a range of technologies and components, including user interfaces, services and databases. Act as a generalizing specialist.
• Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on and contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bank-wide level.
• Ensure that the software you deliver is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it's needed
• Help your team to build, test and release software within short lead times and with minimum of waste. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.
• Experience in design and development of projects using micro-services architecture.
• Hands-on Experience in technologies like Docker, Containers, Kubernetes.
• Help create a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond
Experience/Skills You'll Need:
• 5-10 years of software development hands-on experience
• Good Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Native application, Grafana, Open-API, Rest Services & Google Cloud Platform
• Working knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, CICD, Gradle, DevOps and SRE techniques
