About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager at Cocoma Digital, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness and engagement through captivating content and effective community management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms.
2. Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
3. Create compelling and engaging social media content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets.
4. Plan and implement social media campaigns and initiatives to meet specific marketing objectives and targets.
5. Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and audience preferences to inform content strategy and campaign ideation.
6. Analyze social media analytics to track performance, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
7. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and client servicing, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
+. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
10. Oversee social media advertising initiatives, including budget allocation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media strategy and content management.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media content.
5. Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics to develop captivating social media visuals.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, track performance, and generate actionable insights.
7. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and working with social media management tools.
8. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and social listening tools to gather insights and monitor brand reputation.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
