Legal | Senior Manager
Fynd is India's largest omnichannel platform and multi-platform tech company with expertise in retail tech and products in AI, ML, big data ops, gaming+crypto, image editing and learning space.
Founded in 2012 by 3 IIT Bombay alumni: Farooq Adam, Harsh Shah and Sreeraman MG.
We are headquartered in Mumbai and have 1000+ brands under management, more than 10k stores and servicing 23k + pin codes.
What will you do?
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and associated documents on behalf of Fynd.
- The scope of contract documents will include - procurement and sale agreements, Information Technology (IT) related agreements, SAAS and licensing agreements, etc.
- Providing advisory support on legal and compliance issues pertaining to the different areas of Fynd's operations;
- Drafting terms & conditions (T&Cs) and associated policy documents for Fynd platforms and websites;
- Assisting the Fynd business teams in reviewing, structuring and vetting new business proposals and initiatives;
- Acting as the principal point of contact for any legal or compliance related queries coming from the Fynd business teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
- Previous in-house experience will be preferred.
- Experience in review and negotiation of commercials and IT related contracts will be preferred.
General Attributes:

- Good communication skills both oral and written required.
- Previous experience in Negotiation of commercial contracts will be preferred.
