REQUIRES constant walking and monitoring movie theater (rooftop)
Must be available to work Second Shift & Weekends
Conduct Foot Patrols & mobile patrols
MUST monitor garage and building
Assist tenants and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Log vehicles on lot
Check perimeter of buildings n lot
Walk Stairs
Monitor building parking and assist guests, visitors and contractors with parking needs
Minimum 2 years of experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the protection of high rise buildings.
Prepares and submits reports as required, including patrol log.
Customer Services experience a MUST Patrol for any suspicious activities.
Cooperates with all Law Enforcement Agencies in apprehending anyone involved in criminal activity
Other Qualifications
Assist tenants, guests and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Stand when greeting guests, visitors and tenants
Patrol interior and exterior as required
Monitor fire alarm system
Enforce building regulations etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 25 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements High school diploma / GED or equivalent
Ability to provide proof of ability to work in the United States
At least one verifiable employer
Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
No felony convictions or criminal history that would impact ability to perform the duties of the position.
Negative result on the pre-employment drug screen
Ability to successfully complete Security Officer Basic Training and Pre-Employment test
Ability to provide quality customer service daily as well as handle crisis situations efficiently and effectively at a client site
