Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Game Day Staff member with Mount Royal Cougars Athletics. The position is located in Calgary, AB. The Game Day Staff will be responsible for a range of tasks including setting up and tearing down game day equipment, assisting with ticket sales and entry, providing customer service to attendees, and supporting event operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in event operations and management
• Physical ability to set up and tear down equipment
• Basic knowledge of sports, particularly hockey and volleyball, is beneficial
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
