Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating innovative Hyper Casual, Puzzle, and Idle Games
- Conceptualizing rules, settings, and Narrative stories for new games.
- Pitching new game ideas to executives and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking & analysis skills.
- Managing multiple teams and projects.
- Game prototypes & game design documents (GDD)
- Following industry trends in mobile games and good practices.
- Knowledge of monetization, retention, etc.
- Developing design and Level Design.
- Doing quality control.
