Job Title: Game Designer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Game Design & Prototyping: Design and prototype core gameplay systems and mechanics.
Player Experience: Focus on creating balanced, fun, and engaging gameplay that drives player satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with artists, developers, and producers to integrate designs seamlessly into the game.
Iterative Development: Use player feedback and analytics to refine mechanics and improve overall game experience.
Documentation & Quality: Write clear design documentation and support testing to ensure high-quality gameplay.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Game Designer with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency with UNITY and other game design tools.
Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
