Backrock Studios is building a high-quality, technical, and creative studio for the gaming industry. We need developers, project managers, and other highly-skilled personnel to create an outstanding team to serve the leading gaming companies in the world. We develop our own innovative games that would take the industry by storm.
Responsibilities
• Develop games from scratch, meeting industry standards
• Develop using Unity 3D and Unreal Engine
• Develop levels, designs, concepts for games
• Develop multiplayer games using Photon and Playfab backends
• Deliver tasks based on project timelines and milestones
• Testing to ensure a stable end product before launch
• Ensure game design is fully implemented and performs as expected
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of games
• Coordinate with other departments or team members as needed
• Documentation as per the industry standard
• Daily status reports to managers for ensuring progress and transparency
Qualifications
• BE/ MCA in Computer Science or Equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in coding mobile applications/ games
• 3+ years of experience coding in C#
• 3+ years of experience with Unity 3D game engine
• Good knowledge on object-oriented concepts (OOP)
• Experience in version control software such as GitHub / SVN etc.
• Exposure to iOS and Android platforms
• Accustomed to Agile process and its workflow
• Knowledge of current mobile gaming trends
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Avid Gamers welcome. Mention your preferred games and expertise.
General
• Ability to develop projects independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of English is required, mention all other known languages
• Willing and enthusiastic to learn new on new platforms
• New projects will require multi-tasking
