Position Overview:
Synnax is seeking an experienced Game Developer with a minimum of 5 years in game development, particularly skilled in creating Telegram Mini-App games. The role will be focused on continuing the development of SynQuest Game Mini-App on Telegram (further information on SynQuest can be found here https://medium.com/synnax/why-we-are-building-synquest-3d7f25+70f+5).
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in game development, a deep understanding of Telegram’s Mini-App platform, and the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and innovative gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Game Development: Design, develop, and maintain Telegram Mini-App games, ensuring they are engaging, scalable, and high-performing.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize programming skills to implement game mechanics, interactive elements, and user interfaces within the Telegram Mini-App framework.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to integrate game features and ensure alignment with Synnax’s strategic objectives.
• Optimization: Optimize game performance and user experience by troubleshooting issues, refining code, and implementing best practices for Telegram Mini-App development.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in game development and Telegram Mini-App enhancements to bring fresh ideas and improvements to our gaming projects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for game code, features, and technical processes.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in game development, with a proven track record of creating interactive and engaging games on Telegram.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS. Experience with Phaser 3 is a plus.
• Telegram Mini-App Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Telegram’s Mini-App platform and APIs, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or on-site team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in game development.
• Design Skills: Experience in game design principles and user experience (UX) design for interactive applications.
