Job Description
We are looking for a specialized Game Developer to turn a game idea into code in a fast-moving environment. You will be involved in various aspects of the game's creation from concept to finished product including coding, programming, audio, design, production, and visual arts.
Responsibilities
Engine Development :
• Analyze game design documents and translate requirements into clean, well-documented, and efficient HTML and JavaScript code.
• Construct the core engine of the game, ensuring performance optimization and scalability.
• Develop core functionalities and game mechanics using HTML and JavaScript libraries.
Gameplay Prototyping
• Prototype gameplay ideas and features to test feasibility and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to refine gameplay concepts.
Game Development & Maintenance
• Contribute to the design, audio features, and overall polish of the game.
• Maintain and optimize existing code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Qualifications
• 4-7 years of proven experience in full-lifecycle game development.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degre
• Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Extensive experience with JavaScript for building interactive and performant web games.
• Familiarity with TypeScript or other languages for building scalable and maintainable code (a plus).
• Expertise in one or more game development specializations (i.e., AI, 3D/2D Rendering, Physics, Multiplayer/Networking, Audio).
• Experience with game development frameworks or libraries (e., Phaser, PixiJS, Babylon.js) a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems (i.e., Git) a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for game development and a strong understanding of game mechanics.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and user experience
