Experience and skills required:
• 2-4 years of work experience as a unity or Unity3D developer with hands-on programming and in-depth knowledge of Unity3D software.
• Deep interest in Gaming/Fitness/Designing.
• Hands-on experience using Three.js
• Experience with Online Multiplayer Game design and Firebase database is a plus.
• Knowledge of C# scripting, animation, and unity basics is a must.
• Hands-on experience in using Repository management tools like GIT.
• Strong coding, algorithm skills, and out-of-the-box thinking to design optimized solutions.
• Hunger to gain and use a comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design(learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility)
• Passionate about playing games is a plus.
• A strong team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders using very strong in documentation wherever necessary.
• One who believes in innovation and has a quest for out-of-box thinking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to various creative aspects of the game development like pitching ideas, rapid prototyping, demoing, code, launch, and beyond.
• Creating well-documented designs and meeting development timelines.
• Design algorithms, flow charts, and mind-maps and build game codes with best-in-industry coding practices.
• Working closely with the design team to discuss gaming ideas and specifications.
• Collaborating and ensuring alignment with artists and testers.
• Provide Strategy and Growth inputs and constantly help leadership and the team progress
