Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Game Producer / Designer who will help manage development and guide games from concept to release. You will work closely with developers and help keep projects organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities
• Design game ideas and gameplay loops
• Write clear, structured design documents (GDDs)
• Assign tasks to developers and interns
• Monitor progress and test builds regularly
• Research trends and competing games
• Suggest improvements for gameplay, retention, and monetization
• Help manage updates and scaling of successful games
Requirements
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication with the team
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Willingness to learn Roblox development (training will be provided)
