In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of guests, maintain a positive atmosphere, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ****** them to their tables.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating.
Provide info and inform guests about birthday parties and drop in rates
Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
Assist with cash handling and processing payments when necessary.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Experience working with children is a plus, as we welcome families on a daily basis.
Excellent public speaking skills for communicating with guests effectively.
Be upbeat and getting a crowd excited and keep them enaged during game play!
A passion for guest services and creating memorable party atmosphere experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
