Full job description
We are looking for a passionate Gaming Machines & Multimedia Technician to join our team.
About the opportunity
As a Gaming Machines & Multimedia Technician at SkyCity Adelaide, you will be responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of gaming machines and multimedia systems, along with the installation of new equipment across the venue. You'll provide technical assistance to internal departments and deliver prompt, professional support to customers while conducting thorough fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. This role also requires adherence to proper cash-handling procedures when managing equipment. It's a full-time position that operates on a rotating roster, including day, night, and weekend shifts, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
About you
Your background in electronic equipment repair, coupled with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships, will enable you to navigate day-to-day responsibilities with confidence and efficiency. Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills will support your initiative in identifying, diagnosing, and thoroughly resolving technical issues and workplace challenges. A Certificate IV in Engineering & Electronic Service, Certificate II in Electronics, or equivalent qualifications or current participation in a related apprenticeship will be highly regarded.
