We are looking for a Gaming Manager to work at our Marsden Brewhouse located in Marsden Park.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Gaming Manager will have a strong background in gaming, TAB, compliance and revenue generation.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on front of house focused leader who motivates & inspires their team through their own personal customer focused approach. Being a lead from the front focused position it is a mandatory requirement of this position that the successful applicant works peak periods.
The successful applicant will:
Results driven and takes ownership of the role.
A demonstrated understanding of Gaming industry related technology, systems and compliance.
A good knowledge or Gaming operations with experience in high- ranking venues a plus.
A good understanding of the local area or nearby suburbs, its' clientele and business key drivers.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development.
Priority to development and training of staff in line with gaming standard operating procedures.
Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming.
Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
