To deal with the Buyer independently for all the merchandising activities including new season development, price quoting, costing and sourcing & to keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up and production planning.
1) Identifying potential Overseas customers including analysis and interpretation of market segments, business trends and developing new business with them.
2) Making effective sales pitch to prospects via phone, email, social network, meetings and other channels
3) Expertise in providing strategic and systematic approaches on sales and marketing of growing business organizations for Garment Export Industry
4) Execution of Business plan for sales in consideration with company goals of sales & profitability
5) Negotiate business dealings with clientele besides strengthening client support, service as well as business operations while developing contacts with key clients.
6) Actively participate in exhibitions to promote company products, enhance the company’s image, and maintain awareness of trends and issues in the industry.
7) Ability to manage business development, order execution, price negotiations and effectively handle the pre-post follow up with clients for payments.

• Handling & Growing existing accounts to next level.
• Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers.
• Planning and overseeing new sales & marketing activities.
• Overseeing logistic & supply chain activities for International business.
• Open to travel overseas for trade-fair and customer visits.
• Craft strategies for new business development with budget & execution plan.
• Manage responsibilities related to effective business planning, implementation, supervision and considering corrective actions to stay ahead of competitive markets.
• Understand prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact towards the business in long run and further devise strategies to counter any possible business threat.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1) Garment Export sales Experience of minimum 5 years is required.
2) Should have Experience in handling Exports business / International Business.
3) should have a Good Convincing Skills in Order to Get Leads Converted to Orders.
4) Excellent Verbal & written communication skill
