Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Garment Technician to join our dynamic Head Office team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Design team to translate the designer’s vision into accurate and detailed Tech Packs, while adhering to seasonal design schedules and the critical path. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product consistency, quality, and fit across all collections, supporting the successful development of each range from concept through to production.
Key Responsibilities
Tech pack creation & maintenance
Conducting and managing fit sessions
Providing detailed pattern, grading, and sample comments
Fabric and construction approvals
Factory communication and ongoing development feedback
Critical path management to support on‑time delivery
About you
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Garment Technician role
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishes
Highly detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple styles concurrently
Confident communicator with both internal teams and offshore factories
