About the Company: CheckHero (www.checkhero.com.au) is a leading provider of home safety checks in Victoria. We specialise in conducting electrical safety checks and repairs for residential properties. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of our clients' homes.
We are looking for skilled gas plumbers to join our team and perform home safety checks across Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting gas safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and making any necessary repairs or recommendations.
Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating with clients and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conducting gas safety checks for residential properties (the workload is split approx as 80% gas checks and 20% rectification repairs or fault findings)
Identifying potential hazards and making any necessary repairs or recommendations
Communicating with clients to explain any issues or recommendations
Ensuring excellent customer service
Providing accurate and timely reports to management, including safety check certification
Requirements:
TYPE-A SERVICING ticket
Registered or licensed plumber
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Working hours are 8am to 4pm (on sites)
