Engine Mechanic
Temp to Hire
Location: Fully onsite role – San Diego, CA
Pay: $28-$40 Hourly on W2 (2 positions – Jr. Mechanic and Sr. Mechanic)
Top requirements:
LM6000, LM2500 or LMS100 experience
Gas-turbine modules and engines maintenance/over-haul
Role:
• Perform work, with oversight, necessary to assemble, disassemble and reassemble a variety of aero-derivative gas turbine engines modules, components, or accessories, in accordance with appropriate technical specifications or standard work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret service repair manuals and technical publications to determine work procedures.
• Ability to work and maneuver around engines to successfully fulfil the job requirements.
• Actively participates, learns and applies knowledge to support disassembly, cleaning and assembly of aero-derivative engines such as LM6000, LM2500 and LMS100 gas turbine modules and engines.
