This person should possess a deep love for all things software and technology, and bring a unique combination of technical prowess and analytical rigor to the table.

- To partner with our business leaders in order to shape the company's priorities, and to deliver custom solutions that meet their needs.

The Skills and Qualifications
- A passion for technology and software development.
- Experience in developing ultra-low-latency software solutions that are both robust and secure.
- We predominantly seek candidates with Rust proficiency, but those with extensive experience in C++, Haskell or C and rudimentary Rust knowledge are also eligible.
- A good understanding of low-level system primitives, including locks, threading models, and networking concepts.
- Experience with applied machine learning techniques and data processing pipelines is a bonus.
- The ability to solve open-ended problems with creative analytical methods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field (Ph.D. preferred).
The Compensation
A starting salary of $40,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience. The most talented engineers will find their compensation growing quickly, as merit is rewarded.
