We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer
In this role, you will:
Identify gaps between the current deployment of applications and future requirements.
Fetching data from various file format(xml,json,txt,BigQuery) and loading into cloud SQL or Big Query.
Design the Dataflow for SCD1 and SCD2 implementation
Performance tuning and debugging the job failure
Implementation of Data Validation by using Alerting and monitoring policies
Clearly articulate and document development implementation.
Identify and implement best practice for cloud security, reliability, and performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience on DataFlow.
Working experience in technologies like Python, DataFlow, Bigquery
Experience in Query language like SQL, PGSQL
Experience in one of the GCP native databases like BQ, BigTable, CloudSQL etc are needed
Working experience in Data Extraction/transformation/wrangling techniques.
Knowledge on Data Quality and/or Data Governance will be preferable.
Working knowledge on GCP components like GCE, GKE, GCS are needed
Good to have Unix/Linux scripting experience
Familiar with the software development life-cycle and agile methodologies
Deep understanding of using data and analytics services to solve enterprise data challenges
Should be a good team player.
