Your role
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual to:
• support the month-end close / Quarter-end close process, where in the team coordinates with regional, legal entity controllers and other teams across to the group finance ( i.e. Group capital adequacy and liquidity & funding) as well as technology team to ensure the close process is smooth and within the close timelines.
• drive the preparation and validation of high-quality financial information, including analysis and preparation of internal control documentation to support disclosures in interim and annual reports and regulatory filings.

Your team
You will be part of the Financial Accounting & Consolidation team, working in Pune, within the Group and Entity Accounting & Controlling organization.
• robust analytical skills and an inquisitive nature, with a knowledge of, or interest in learning about, banking topics (e.g., financial markets and products, risk management, etc.)
• a strong communicator (written and verbal), able to deliver perspectives in a clear and concise manner
• a self-starter, with strong execution and delivery focus
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• open-minded and flexible, with an interest in continuous improvement

Your expertise
• strong financial reporting skills and an ability to communicate clearly and work well across an international team.
• innovate through agile working and automation, knowledge of tools like Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage.
