You will be responsible for all aspects of managing and maintaining our clients' WordPress websites, including installation, configuration, plugin management, customization, and ongoing support. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their websites are always running smoothly and meeting their needs.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure WordPress and WooCommerce on web hosting platforms.
• Research and recommend suitable WordPress plugins for client needs.
• Install, configure, and update WordPress plugins and themes.
• Make basic customizations to WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and PHP (understanding these languages is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Optimize website performance for speed and search engine visibility.
• Conduct regular website backups and maintain security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with WordPress websites.
• Maintain accurate documentation of website configuration and changes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
