Gelato Ingredients Manufacturers Australia (GIMA) is a family-owned & run business. We are the first only Gelato Ingredients producers in Australia, manufacturing gelato bases & pastes for the gelato, frozen yoghurt & pastry industries based in Kirrawee, NSW.
We are now looking for reliable Factory Hands & Gelato Chefs.
We will provide all training for both of these roles. Experience in pastry, cooking and baking would be a bonus!
THE BASICS:
8am-4pm Monday to Friday (closed weekends) brand new factory environment close to public transport.
Previous food industry experience and knowledge is highly desirable but not essential
Previous light machine operating experience beneficial but not essential
Candidate must be physically fit as manual handling will be involved
Candidate must be able to follow recipes and work in a small team
Candidate must have genuine interest in learning about Gelato Manufacturing
