WHO WE ARE
Datamtx (www.datamtx.com / formerly Datamatics) established in 1993 is globally HQ'd in Atlanta with a stellar history supporting both OEM's such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, Infor, etc along with leading NOC's, Distributors (Eg,. Arrow Electronics, Synnex, etc) for both professional services and team augmentation services.
THE ROLE
We have an existing client with a need for a Google Gemini AI for Business consultant with a background with Google Workspace Studio: Tasks will include creating AI agents within Google Workspace and showcasing to the client the process of workflow in plain language to create automated agents for apps like Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Chat. Expanded scope will include building complex, multi-step workflows without needing to write code.
This will be a short term consulting role starting off as a proof-of-concept over 1-2 weeks and will lead to a larger project should the POC's deliver as promised in the SOW.
Part-time candidates are invited to apply as this will be a full flexible contract except for 1-2 days onsite in Chicago for the 'show-and-tell' session with the stakeholders.
We will prepay all expenses for this trip.
Candidates must have SME level experience with Google Gemini for Business and be at ease presenting and training to an audience comprising of upper management.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Personalization, customization, personal process automation using AI agents in Gemini.
AUDIENCE:
· Roughly 10 senior leaders (Directors / VPs) to be enabled on agentic AI capabilities
SCOPE
The scope is meant to be practical and interactive, covering:
· Agent-style AI: personalization, customization, and simple process automation
· Platforms:
o CoWork / Cloud (Cloud OS or cloud desktop concepts)
o Google Gemini (personal productivity + workflow automation use cases)
· Focus on “art of the possible”, not theory or slides
Prebuilt Gemini use cases for:
o Personal productivity
o Workflow automation
· A prepared instruction document to drive the Copilot agent demo
· Demonstrate what may be excluded due to security or unfinished integrations via Claude, Gemini)
TRAINING FORMAT
· Show-and-tell, not PowerPoint-heavy
· Live walkthroughs, such as:
o Building a “chief-of-staff” Copilot agent
o Connecting it to email, Teams, SharePoint
o Driving behavior via a Word document of instructions
· Either:
o One ~90‑minute session, or
o Two ~60‑minute sessions (Gemini), possibly with a repeat
