About the Role
As a Gen AI Developer Intern, you'll work at the heart of our AI systems designing and integrating LLM-powered features that enhance hiring workflows. From dynamic resume optimization to AI-based interview question generation, you'll craft meaningful features that make Zordie truly intelligent.
Responsibilities
• Build Gen AI workflows for resume parsing, skill tagging, interview question generation, and auto-answers
• Fine-tune or prompt engineer models like Mistral, DeepSeek, LLaMA, GPT, and BERT variants
• Integrate Gen AI into Langflow, FastAPI, or n8n pipelines for end-to-end task automation
• Research open-source models and optimize them for inference and cost-efficiency
• Build smart agents for candidate ranking, job recommendations, and real-time assessments
• Develop logic for AI-led resume enhancement and skill verification based on project links
• Work with crawlers, semantic search, and embeddings to validate user data across GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and transformers
• Experience with HuggingFace, OpenAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, or other model APIs
• Hands-on with Python, Langchain, Langflow, FastAPI, or similar tools
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector DBs (like FAISS or Weaviate), and retrieval techniques
• Good communication, critical thinking, and time management
• Self-driven with a hacker mindset and quick learning ability
Bonus Skills
• Built your own GPT app, Langchain workflows, or agents
• Worked on tools like Pinecone, ChromaDB, NeonDB or used custom embeddings
• Prior experience with prompt engineering or multi-agent AI setups
• Interest in NLP, semantic search, skill verification, or interview automation
