The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks and large language models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that transform business processes and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Generative AI models and solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) such as GPT, BERT, T5, or similar.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into products and platforms using APIs and custom workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to gather requirements and build innovative AI tools.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of GenAI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in GenAI and apply them to existing and new projects.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI techniques.
• Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar APIs.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying AI models.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
• Previous experience in building AI-based chatbots or assistants.
