Are you ready to shape the future of Generative AI in enterprise environments? Theta is seeking a GenAI Specialist – Lead Consultant and we are looking for a visionary technologist to lead the charge.
This isn’t just another tech job. It’s a chance to be a founding member of our GenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE), where you’ll architect and deliver transformative AI solutions that redefine how businesses operate. You’ll work alongside a squad of brilliant minds, collaborate across practices, and engage directly with customers to bring real-world impact through AI.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and delivery of GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio modalities.
Build production-ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs/APIs.
Drive best practices in AI safety, performance tuning, and observability.
Take ownership of secure and responsible AI development – including token/secret hygiene, PII protection, content safety, and prompt injection prevention
Participate in activities and providing pre-sales demos, scope projects, and mentor both clients and consultants
Contribute to and lead approved R&D initiatives and help shape Theta’s AI strategy.
What You Bring
Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (C# a bonus).and modern SDKs/APIs
Comfortable with tool‑calling/agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain) and evaluation pipelines.
Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, and telemetry-driven optimisation.
Familiarity with enterprise Copilot adoption and multimodal AI.
Skilled in fine-tuning API-driven systems to balance performance and cost, using telemetry‑driven insights to guide optimisation
Agile mindset with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
