Roles and Responsibility:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and optimizing the Amazon Marketplace, with a proven track record in e-commerce management, performance marketing, and brand development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and maximize ROI through effective marketing campaigns and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon Marketplace Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the Amazon Marketplace, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the Amazon Advertising Console, including Sponsored Products,
- Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
2. Performance Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ROI.
- Manage PPC campaigns, keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
3. Brand Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation on the Amazon Marketplace.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all Amazon touchpoints.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues and leveraging positive feedback to boost brand credibility.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling product content and marketing materials.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Amazon Analytics and other tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Generate insights from data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
5. Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on the Amazon Marketplace.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, or brand management, with a focus on Amazon Marketplace.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving brand presence on Amazon.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g.,Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing)
