Key Responsibilities:
• General Ledger Management:
• Oversee and manage the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Month-End and Year-End Close:
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Compliance and Controls:
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining robust internal controls over financial reporting.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function, implementing best practices where applicable.
• Audit Support:
• Provide support during internal and external audits, furnishing necessary documentation and explanations of accounting practices.
Requirements:
• Must have Quick book, General accounting, US Accounting experience.
Work Details:
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working time: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM
• Location: Thane
