We are looking for a GL Accountant, who are able to handle the bookkeeping, day to day entries, Bank Reconciliation. Ready to Join immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain complete and accurate general ledger accounts .
Reconcile bank statements
Analyze financial statements and reports
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents .
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Analyze and report on the financial health of the organization.
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records.
Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with financial audits.
Assist with preparing tax returns
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
