The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of civil litigation with a proven track record of managing litigation matters from start to finish
This role requires exceptional skills in drafting, revising handbooks, and arguing motions in both state and federal court
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar
A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in civil litigation
Proven experience in responding to pleadings and managing discovery
Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters from start to finish
Strong experience in drafting and revising handbooks
Proven experience arguing motions in state and federal court
In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law
Strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
