Skilled General Contractor
We’re looking for a hands-on General Contractor to personally manage and execute construction projects from start to finish. This is for an individual, no teams, no crews. If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to run projects on your own while coordinating subcontractors as needed, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute construction projects personally, from planning to completion
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors as needed
Handle materials, tools, and equipment (hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery)
Perform or supervise trades work: carpentry, concrete, masonry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, tile, painting, and more
Ensure safety protocols and building codes are followed
Estimate project costs and timelines
Conduct quality control to maintain top-notch craftsmanship
Keep project documentation and reports organized
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a General Contractor or in construction management
Strong hands-on knowledge across multiple trades
Ability to read technical drawings and execute projects independently
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
License or certification preferred but not mandatory depending on the project
