General Contractor Site Superintendent

We are looking for General Contractor Site Superintendents who have the knowledge, skills and ability to lead diverse scopes of work on various projects around Western Canada. You will benefit professionally by working within a dynamic team, and growing your overall skill set.

Hours of Operation: Varies depending on job site.

Location: Edmonton, Remote job sites.

Role Responsibilities:

Superintendents are ultimately responsible for managing all daily construction activities on their site.

Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget

Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.

Oversee day-to-day field activities. Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

Role Requirements:

The individual will need to demonstrate experience in commercial, retail petroleum, or light industrial construction

Minimum of 3+ years of Superintendent level work experience on projects in the $1 - $10 million range

Ground up, Multi Family Residential experience is an asset

Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills

Have the capacity to learn and become proficient in a variety of technologies

Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements

Willingness to travel out of town is an asset
