Candidates should be based in Mumbai and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contractual agreements, and regulatory compliance.

• Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

• Providing strategic advice to stakeholders on corporate matters.
