Job Summary
Job Advertisement: Experienced Full-Time Handyman Wanted
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Handyman / Maintenance All-Rounder to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of general building maintenance and minor repair works across residential properties.
This role suits someone who takes pride in workmanship, works independently, and can efficiently manage small repair tasks across multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out minor patching and plastering works, including wall and ceiling repairs
Complete lock replacements and hardware installation to doors and windows
Perform minor carpentry works, including repairs to skirting, architraves, doors, and framing
Undertake small tiling works, including tile replacement and minor bathroom/kitchen repairs
Conduct general maintenance and defect rectification works
Identify issues and provide practical solutions onsite
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and supervisors when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a wide range of handyman services, with a focus on carpentry, plastering, and painting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and efficiently on various projects.
Own tools and equipment are preferred.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of manual work.
Compensation:
The daily rate is competitive and will be determined based on your experience and skill set.
