Duties
Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercialproperties, including drywall, taping, painting and carpentry tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques including drywall, taping, painting and light carpentry.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
