Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repair work.
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
