General Helper & Operator
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in helping with the production of concrete sleepers. This will involve preparing moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants, using a machine for assistance) for concrete pouring. There will be some manual tasks such as installing shoulders, making concrete cylinders/performing slump tests, installing fittings on sleepers, cleaning – sweeping/shovelling. Additionally, you will be involved in the quality assurance and control processes.
Don't worry - full training on all fixed plant machines and support will be provided every step of the way!
