JOB SUMMARY
Ox OnSite (ox-onsite.com)
The General Laborer/Helper is responsible for performing vacuum excavation on job sites, while safely following all health and safety policies and procedures. They must be able to perform physical labor work for long periods of time throughout the day. This individual will have a willingness to learn and be able to cooperatively work with their team so that Ox OnSite can provide quality service to customers and clients.
Ox OnSite provides all your PPE, and an annual PPE allowance.
This position requires frequent travel along the Eastern Seaboard, the employee could be gone for weeks at a time. Single accommodations and Per Diems are provided. Travel time is paid
KEY RESPONSIBITLIES
· Safely perform vacuum excavation on jobs sites
· Provide excellent customer service as you represent the Ox OnSite brand
· Troubleshoot issues and equipment, including preventative maintenance
· Opportunity to perform various support work connected to excavation
· Follow all legislation and health and safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Safety oriented and a team player attitude
· Willingness to learn
· Driver's License
· Previous experience in construction field an asset
· Ability to safely use and lift heavy equipment
SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS
· Monday to Friday; Saturday and Emergency work on weekends may be required
· Full time; but hours may vary each day
· Field and on the road environment
· Outdoor work, exposed to all types of weather conditions
· Physical labor demands
· Long days depending on season and weather
*Workers are out on the road for a week at time. Single accommodations are provided and Per Diems are included.
*Workers are paid from the start of their shift to the end of their shift

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
