1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world's largest junk removal service, and we are now actively hiring Truck Team Members who are results-driven, enjoy physical work, chatting with customers, and have the ability to drive our junk trucks. We provide all the training, of course!
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Location:
Downtown Toronto, near Queen and Broadview (With remote starts throughout the city)
Flexible Shifts:
Part-Time or Full-Time Hours Available
We operate 7 days per week from 7 am-10 pm
Various shifts available. We can accommodate many schedules, whether you want to work 2 or 4 full-day shifts per week
Hours:
Typically 10+ hours each shift. We schedule at a 10-hour base to give you a 4-day work week!
Pay:
Team Average: $22 - $27/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips)
Top performers frequently clear $30/hr. + more! (cash tips, take-home junk treasures)
Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES:
Driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks with a partner
Provide a top-notch customer service experience at each and every stop
Removing unwanted items from the customer's premises by physically loading items into the back of our truck (Dolly and other tools provided where needed)
Recycle, donate, and dispose of items picked up at the appropriate facilities
Plan your day like a small business owner! Control your own revenues, costs and logistics, and be rewarded for running a tight ship through a daily bonus/profit share
Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
Feel amazing about helping your community
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE COMPANY
You are 21+ years of age (Required for our commercial truck insurance)
A valid standard class G driver’s license
Have a clean driving history (3 years)
You have a great attitude, are reliable, and are goal-driven
You are physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Successful applicants will hear from us within 1-2 business days. We extend job offers within 24- 48 hours of successful interviews.
