We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our residential construction projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Help with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Experience
Previous experience in residential construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a labor environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
