Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
Operate basic machinery and tools as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor setting is a plus.
