Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators to assist with excavation and site preparation
Perform irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes
Assist with gardening tasks including planting, pruning, and soil preparation
Support landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal
Use hand tools and power tools for construction, repair, and maintenance projects
Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
Assist with general site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment
Support team members in executing project tasks efficiently and safely
Requirements
Prior experience with excavators, irrigation systems, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction or horticulture practices is advantageous
Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Pay: $16.00-$27.83 per hour
