Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Laborer to join our team this spring! If you’re a positive, optimistic, and hardworking individual with a passion for working outdoors and a strong desire to learn and grow, we want you on our team. As a General Laborer, you’ll play an important role in assisting with landscaping, property services, construction, and concrete projects—working on a variety of tasks and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance tasks
Support general construction and concrete work
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow directions from team leaders and supervisors
Contribute to team success by being proactive and versatile
Participate in training and skill development
Perform various manual labor duties as needed on-site
