Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
Proficient in GAAP principles
Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office skills required
Ability to perform additional tasks as assigned

This role involves leading the accounts receivable process, participating in month-end closing, and overseeing inventory management
Coordinate a thorough month-end closing process, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
Perform daily/monthly bank account reconciliations
Collaborate with external auditors during annual review
Develop and implement credit and collection processes to ensure timely payment from customers
Regularly analyze the AR aging report to identify potential payment issues
Communicate with customers who have outstanding balances
Inventory Management:
Monitor daily cycle counts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Participate in weekly reviews of obsolete and slow-moving inventory
Verify that job orders are complete, ensuring accurate posting of labor and inventory

This is a full-time position at our Camarillo facility, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as needed.
