Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of expertise in maintenance and repair work across various disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, appliances, and general civil works. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse maintenance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical Maintenance
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on electrical fixtures, wiring, and appliances.
• Plumbing Maintenance
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty installations.
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, and toilets.
• Kitchen Equipment & Appliance Maintenance
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Ensure all appliances are in optimal working condition.
• Civil Works
• Install, repair, and maintain gypsum board structures.
• Perform general painting works, including touch-ups and full repaints.
• Fix and maintain tiles, including grouting and replacement as necessary.
• General Maintenance
• Address day-to-day repair and maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Provide solutions for a variety of maintenance-related challenges across the property or facility.
• Administrative Tasks
