Our team is passionate about hospitality, and we’re looking for a General Manager who shares that same enthusiasm for great service, strong leadership, and operational excellence.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager who is eager to take ownership of all aspects of day-to-day operations—from front-of-house service to bar leadership, back-of-house coordination, and everything in between. You’ll oversee a talented team and be responsible for cultivating a positive and high-performing workplace culture while maximizing guest satisfaction and business performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Oversee daily operations including service standards, bar and kitchen coordination, inventory, and cleanliness
Lead, coach, and mentor staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient service environment across all dayparts (lunch, happy hour, dinner, late night)
Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, community engagement, and exceptional guest experiences
Manage staffing including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance management
Monitor and maintain budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all safety, liquor, and employment regulations
Report regularly to head office with detailed financials and operational updates

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong working knowledge of food and beverage operations (craft beer, cocktails, and wine knowledge is a plus)
Proven ability to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and lead a high-functioning team
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Must have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number
