Role Description

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction with impeccable service and deliver memorable guest experiences. He will oversee all operations of the hotel, including managing employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, developing and implementing marketing & sales strategies, and maintaining financial performance. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with guests and stakeholders, ensuring compliances with regulations and contribute towards business growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager with leisure hotel brands

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends

• Financial acumen and budget management skills

• Customer service orientation

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

• Certification in hotel management or a related field is a plus
