Job Description (JD)
Responsibilities:
• Identify and procure business tie-ups with Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Asset Reconstruction Companies, and other fund providers for our Group, Startups and other Loan seekers.
• Liaise between the company and external partners.
• Analyse market trends and apply findings to business development activities.
• Create proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Report on KPIs and contribute to the development of new company strategies.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
• Number of business tie-ups procured.
• Quality of partnerships established.
• Contribution to revenue.
• Speed and efficiency in closing deals.
• Level of compliance with company protocols and SOPs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Procure at least 20 new business tie-ups per month.
• Maintain a close rate of at least 75% on prospective tie-ups.
• Generate a quarterly report showing contribution to overall company revenue.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Initial Contact: Research and identify potential partners. Make initial contact via email or phone.
• Preliminary Meeting: Schedule a preliminary meeting to gauge interest and compatibility.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored partnership proposals.
• Review & Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, including responsibilities and financial aspects.
• Finalization and Onboarding: Complete all legal documentation and onboard the new partner.
Targets
Procure a minimum of 100 new business tie-ups within the next 6 months. Not less than 4 in 1st month.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
